Title: Getting new alloys under warranty?
Post by: noobdubber on 12 June 2005, 13:35
I've got a set of santa monica alloys which are kerbed to bits when I got them. Is there any way I could get them replaced under warranty?

not a chance, I doubt your warranty will cover driver error/abuse.

post a picture, are you sure they are curbed?  Santa monica's are renowned for the laquer peeling, the wate gets under them and they look awful.  My mate had a set on his golf brand new from VW(04) after 9 months they looked awful.  As he paid extra for them as an extra when he got the car, they gave him a full refund. :undecided:

I just hate kerbed alloys, all my cars have had perfect rims, just wanted these to be the same
