Title: are g71 and g31 sensors the same?

is a g71 sensor a g31 sensor or are they two different ones?

from what i can make a g71 is a map sensor and g31 is a boost sensor

im having two codes keep coming up replaced map sensor which is either g71 or g31 but still getting same codes so wondered if there is another sensor i need to change
