I dont think they are mate as agu's are 5speed and aum's are 6 speed.

I thought the only 1.8T that was 6 speed was the AUQ  :undecided:

Mmmmm learn something new everyday... My mates aum has 6 speed box. Maybe its the year of manufacture :undecided:

AUQs are 6 speed. AGU/AUM are 5 speed.

In answer to the OPs question, yes same kit is needed for solid flywheel conversion :wink:
