Title: BBS 3 piece wheels

The 3 piece BBS wheels on my 1989 16 valve are leaking air. Tyres are fine - it's the actual wheels that are leaking air. Have been advised to split the wheels and replace the rubber O rings. One problem - no-one seems to sell them. BBS say they don't supply parts for older wheels. Anyone any idea where I could buy new O rings for BBS?

Other thing is - some low life has nicked my rear VW badge. The original was grey, but I'd be happy with black or silver. Anyone got one for sale?

get some 'o' rings from a car parts store or DIY store???

thought split rims were sealed with sealant? :rolleyes:

Get the bathroom sealant out boy!  :grin:

Like wot he said SILICONE IT!!!!!!! make sure it's good stuff though don't want it going mouldy now do we!

yeah just some silicone sealant will do the trick, never heard of o-rings my self
