Title: Blown turbo?

hi all. cars a golf tdi 110 non pd. was driving down the road when there was a lot of blue/white smoke from the exhaust and the car had no power atall then it dies and wont start now. any ideas? im thinking turbo let go? thanks in advance.

Take the turbo inlet pipe off and see if you can spin the turbo by hand.

ah sounds squeazy enough. im guessing it wont turn if its had it? do you do rebuilding the turbos still? also i should have said aswell the car now wont start.
