Title: Cabrio Hood replacement - How To???

Has anyone here replaced a Cabrio hood and has any useful tips including cutting and fitting glass rear window and how to get a tidy finish etc....?

If any of you have a Cabrio with a electrical problem stopping the hood motor from working here is a link to the workshop manual wiring diagram.
