Title: Timelapse/Interval timer for iPhone

Found out about this today. Use your iPhone to give you Time Lapse, Timer, Bulb for long exposures and Sound Trigger for your DSLR.

No idea if it works out cheaper than a proper interval timer (the app is free but the cable is $70), but neat.

much cheaper than the official canon remote timer which is around £115

Compatible interval timers, which don't involve your phone cost under £20.

Agree with dh, dedicated timer is cheap and much better/reliable.
