Title: Braking Issues - random soft brake pedal

Hi all after a bit of help...

a few days ago I was driving the mk3 gti when the brake pedal suddenly went really soft and didn't brake until the pedal was pushed down to the floor..
bled brakes and loads of air in them, no fluid loss, all lines seem ok..

all was fine then the next day it happened again so bled again and loads of air again

ant ideas what it could be/what to check next??

Thinking about it are you doing the bleed nipples up tight enough.

Was one of the bleed nipples damp?

nipples were tight although 1 bleed nipple cover was tight but had a little bit of fluid in it

Only the 2 man method works for brakes

Not always, pressure bleeder is a better bet to get the air out.
