Title: Best wheels for the Mk2

Good morning all. Just got my new Mk2 !6v. The BBS on it aint the best. So i was thinking of upgrading. What do you guys think looks best on the Mk2? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

What colour is it? I reckon ATS Cups are the dogs danglies for MKII's but don't really suit the lighter colours.

I'd go for anything retro.

Yeah the ones on the red golf look nice. Mines oak green. I was thinking of some 17", 5 spoke alloys

imo, big wheels on mk2's look stupid and completely detract from the style of the car, best saved for jap rice cars imho.

i like the ones on mat's 16v.  for me, though, you can't beat a nice set of bbs - classic stylee. :cool:

15" is definitely the way to go. I've gone with the Ronal Turbo's in my sig pic.

can you fit aircooled vw wheels to a mk 2 cos theres loads of nice looking wheels for them
