I would like a list of parts please from anyone that know what they are talking about to do a ko3s conversion and a ko4 conversion and what bhp will i get from both.

mk4 golf gti turbo 2000 model with crap ko3 turbo lol

Do some searches, plenty of info on all of the questions you asked! Others have done k04 swap etc. ko4 is alot of money but you may see 300 given the correct tuning and mods.
