Title: AGU 1.8t remap limits

i have been reading up about remapping an agu 1.8t with a k03 that it will only take 200bhp

im just wondering i have a few extra mods on mine so and i wanna get it remapped but i dont wanna replace the turbo yet as im saving up for other stuff but i got enough for a remap.

the mods i have so far are:
- superchips, chip
- j series n75
- G60 flywheel and VR6 clutch
- creation motorsport TIP
- creation motor sport throttle pipe#
- ths pancake pipe
- lightweight pulley kit
- turborevs SMIC
- 3 bar fpr
- 2.5 inch exhaust
- 3" down pipe and cat
- ITG foam filter
- R32 intake pipe upgrade
- new engine oil
- new gearbox oil
- k&n oil filter
- bailey recirc
- silicone breather pipes
- ECS cam belt kit

the turbo is the limiting factor on the AGU

Best bet is hold off, and buy a decent ko3s and bigger injectors, and a custom
Remap

And a fmic to get the best out of it!

Worth the money!

None of those supporting mods will extend the capabilities of the turbo. Without a bigger turbo you're going to be limited.

Just bolt a ko3s on n get it mapped, should see 225bhp if not more with 2.5" intercoller pipe work n fmic n injectors

Maybe if I could get the busted ,k03s rebuilt for cheap I'll keep it

Dont mean to hijack the thread but why do you need different injectors on a K03S, I thought standard injectors were fine with a K03S? and you only needed injectors if you were going the K04 route

Injectors are the next limiting factor on the AGU, standard are good for around 225bhp

On a GOOD set of injectors you will max out at 230-235bhp.

K03s with forge actuator and good FMIC and r-tech mapping is where its at.

If you want to push it a bit further, bigger injectors and VR6 maf housing.

audi s3 garret gt28 405bhp
