Title: Electric window switch problem

I have a problem with the N/S/F window, it only works off the drivers switch by pressing it down, then up and then down again to get it to go down, going then is fine!!! Remove the switches from the handles and plug back in again and the both work fine first time, odd???

Any ideas please....
