Title: She hisses like fook sometimes! Aint got no leaks. Help

Sometimes she pulls really well (lol) but sometimes it seems like all my boost is going to waste when I put my foot down.
Pressure tests fine, from tip. Small amount of leakage coming from the crankcase, through injectors and cylinder rings right? Oh and she bubbles when I pressure test if this has anything to do with it.

Anyone help?
