after a few weeks of hell, father in law diagnosed with cancer, struggled to find somewhere to move, car been playing up but after all that
today was a Top day,
sorted out somewhere to live yesterday albeit not where I wanted. but its a place to live
Wife retracted her resignation and today got told she will be full time from september,
car isnt as fcuked as I thought, and doubtful its going to cost me.
had the eldest kids round to tell them we wont be moving after all ,
nice meal, a few drinks
and the mobile goes,
my brother ( not had contact in 12 years - long story ) has just had a heart attack
Boom, totally head fcuked. High to low in the space of 30 seconds
Really need to get smashed but gotta be fit to drive.
Life really has a way of fcuking you up
Rant to a complete load of strangers instead .

off to midlands to collect my folks as they aint up to driving all the way from yorkshire themselves, good job i stayed dry
he had a stent fitted at 1am and is now stable.
and to think It was me who woke up in coronary care aged 29, typical big brother, gotta go one better :rolleyes:

one positive out of this is that he lived to fight another day.
a good friends of ours brother, who we knew, died this week... he was 45. Felt unwell during the week, went into hospital and 5am Friday morning MASSIVE heart attack and boom, gone... post mortem monday and leaves a wife and 13 year old daughter in bits.
BUT... that said... he was built like Andy Fordham (in his bigger days) but without the terrible haircut, and drank like Fordham did too... we always said he was a heart attack waiting to happen.
His sister is built like Andy Fordham too so we are hoping that she takes the hint and eats healthier and loses about 10 stone.
A warning to us all.

Life can be a total load of bollocks at times and if ranting to a load of us strangers makes you feel better then rant away.
I seem to have it every Monday, without fail. To the point I now refuse to get out bed, look at my emails or answer my phone on a Monday!

My friend is 34. He had a massive heart attack and was brought back from the dead 3 times earlier this year. He now seems to be doing fine - the Health Service for all its faults has some incredible and selfless people working for them and without them Andy would have been a gonner.

sorry to hear about someone else having a hard time. i aunty got diagnosed with breast cancer last month, then my dad broke his back, and my gran fell over and broke her hip and shoulder yesterday.
thats on top of breaking up with my fiance and all my plans for moving house, and going to america after summer out the window.

I read this as, bought a take away curry but they delivered the wrong stuff so I shouted at them and they gave me a £75 refund. :shocked: Then at this point I thought, how much curry did you order to get a £75 refund ? :laugh:

Missus has just had a rough few weeks, her auntie died aged 42 due to a long running battle with alcoholism, then a girl she used to work with died from bowel cancer aged 28, left a 7 and 4 year old along with a month old baby :sad:
Then her cousin's sister in law died aged 42 as well after a long battle with cancer. Three people in the space of a few week. Life does suck a big fat one sometimes :sad:
