I am replacing my brother brake discs on his mk6.5 fiesta and they are stuck on like a B***h any ideas how to get them off?? urgently?
Preferable without heating it up as i don't have the tools for that?
Thanks Harry

lots of plus gas and whaling on them with a big hammer?
-
whats plus gas? and i have the hammer
-
Have they got the little clips on the wheel threads?
If not shocking them off carefully is the way.
Don't just smash the disc as hard as you can outwards though, you could damage the bearing.
-
there are no clips on the wheel threads

Sorry have I missed something here? Think I'm in the wrong section :undecided:

Plus Gass is like WD40 but a million times better LOL.
ask at a Ford dealer if there is any reason they wont come off.

Have you removed the caliper?
-
If theres nothing stopping it. Just bray it with a hammer.
Sure fiesta's are just caliper off, carrier off and the retaining screw.

if i remember its caliper off carrier off screw out of disc then hit it! try hiting the face of the disc dont be scared just hit it, if not put the wheel on lock and smack the back of the disc what size hammer you using?
