Title: Water Leak , drivers side front and back carpets wet!
Post by: andrew.0 on 21 May 2012, 13:02
Hello All, Just put my collys on the front, back ones when i have the time.

Unfortunately i have stumbled across a new fault with my gti, i have wet carpets front and back drivers side. I have recently fixed the rear wiper motor, and have started using that, thought may be something to do with this, but there also has been a hell of alot of rain over the past few weeks.

Before i take anymore trim and carpet out, i just wanted to know if anyone had something similar, and had a few ideas that might be worth trying before i have a 1 seater no carpet golf.

Any help would be great :) thanks

Andrew

Hello All, have cleared my drains from the sun roof, one was blocked with alot of mud, but following the torrential rain last week, clearly wasn't the reason behind the leaks.

Sorry havn't let you know, have just fitted my collies last weekend, :)

just need to solve the leak, get some rims, and start on the engine ! :) would upload a picture however my car has a slight 'bowlcut' with my narrow wheels!

Thanks for all the help again!
