The engine is fairly immaterial.

You'd be better off with Bilstein struts and Eibach springs.

+1 on what dh has said. also weitech(wietech? Which ever way its spelt) seem pretty good.

also the better models of fk coilovers (high sorts ect) are good from what ive read/seen

Depends what you want from your suspension. Lots of options.
