my car pulls fine (2.8 vr6) and idles spot on but when ur driving and take your foot off the pedal it takes a second for the revs to notice before it comes back down. when i turn the ignition on there is a long beep which seems to come from the TB, i cleaned the TB and its spotless :S
Does any1 have any ideas?

best thing to do mate, get yourself one of these:

connect your laptop up to your car and let it run a diagnostic search on it to find fault codes. if there's anything wrong with her it will return a fault code and translate it into english for you :) Best thing I ever bought for my golf, saves hours of scratching my head trying to work out engine issues!
