Title: Blowover Respray in Wolverhampton

Got a mk4 in LB9A white with blemishes and chips on the paintwork, the rest of the paintwork is in alright condition so wondering if its still going to mean a complete blowover and does any one know a reputable sprayer in wolverhampton or birmingham plz. Cheers
