Title: 8v GTi - Bleeding brakes
Post by: craig180 on 17 May 2012, 12:18
Am I completely nuts, or is there no brake fluid reservoir in the engine bay of a mk3 Golf?

Need to do the brakes all round and when I came to look for the reservoir, it's nowhere to be found. I have located the MC, but can't see anywhere any pipework goes to a reservoir.

Please help me before I call the men in white coats to come and take me away

I'll be giving myself a hoooooj face palm if it's totally obvious! I've worked on more engines than had hot meals, and serviced all my own cars for the last 14 years!

Cretin awards at the ready......
