Title: 1.8 cl coolant boiling over, fan works temp slightly high heaters only cold

Today my car stated boiling over all pipes are hot so it seems to be circulateing, the heater in car will only blow Cold air so would this mean its the matrix. I wouldn't think thermostat as all pipes are hot cheers for help
