Title: Seat belt guide covers

Where the metal guides bolts to the car and they have the plastic covers over them, I think I'm missing two. The rear belt guides have them but not the front. Is this how it's meantto be or am I missing them?

Not all of them have the washers...

Hit & Miss to which have and which don't...
