Just got rid of a civilian MV6 with an auto box that I had for 4 years (civilian manuals are very rare but have the LSD). It was the best motorway wafter I have owned by a long way. Power in reserve too. And the best sounding V6 by far if you drill the airbox.
It cost a bomb to keep on the road though - my valver is saving me £70 a month on fuel (about 12k miles a year).

buying an ex police car is WIN.
am i right in saying that if something needs servicing, they take it out of service and check the whole vehicle over every time something is replaced (tyres, brakes etc) and whatever needs doing gets done?
ive seen the bmw's . they break stuff ive never seen break before, the people who own the car might be careful but the people who drive them :lipsrsealed: Wouldnt touch one with a barge pole
-
1 careful owner lol are local police are serviced every 6000 miles and have what ever they need doing done
-
They are sorted out as soon as at the Met, a old mate of mine was a service manager at the site. If it needs doing it gets done.
