the prong's it ushall;y comes with to remove them

or go to a car audio place, or halfords and they will pop it for a few ££

if its the standered stereo the sony keys fit couple quid from halfords 2min job

i have used credit cards cut up as said or ice loly sticks.

down either side of the unit to push the tabs back , then pull the whole thing forward  :smiley: :smiley:

the two little slits on the sides, there about 1cm in iirc and about 1cm high and about the width of a ice lolly stick
