like the title says, whats the best/easiest way to do this?
what parts are needed from what?
have some old ats cups and want to keep them on the 16v. read alot of stuff on here on brake conversions and upgrades but its all just confused me more. so many people saying difffernt things.
any help appreciated

So you want to convert a 16v to 4 stud you mean?
-
What size are the ATS wheels? 16V should have 288 discs, so if they are small you might struggle to get them on the front, if brakes replaced they should be similar size.
To convert brakes you could probably use mk2 G60 parts for front and find some large Vento discs for the back... personally I wouldn't go through all that hassle.
-
just get some new wheels
-
for the price you pay for a hub conversion to 4 stud you may aswell sell the wheel and buy new ones
-
the cups are only 15's.
yeh i know it would be easier to get new ones, i might do, just rather like the cups and just trying to find out what exactly would need to be done to keep them.
would i need everything g60?
are there any parts which wouldnt need changing?
thanks

Sell the wheels and get some that fit.
