Title: Red pinstripe grill for Mk2

Hey guys and gals
Im after a single lamp grill for my Mk2 with a red strip around the edge (like the four-lamp GTI). Any peeps know of where i get my mits on one? Do they make em?
If they do i reckon it will look sweet! (and different!)  :cool:

AFAIK  VW never made em except in the very early style grill.

OK, a new plan!
Ive got a Jetta front end on now, not sure if i really like it as much as single lamps but hey, what do you guys reckon? Single or Jetta?
Anyway, i still love the red pin-stripe on 4 lamp grills and wondered would somebody photoshop a black jetta front with red pin-stripe so i can make up my mind?

No no no, the Jetta front end looks pants :)  Just stick to round lights you know it makes sence  :grin:  If you have to have sqare lights think about a Rallye front end, but it'll cost ya a fair bit!

Ive had mixed opinions about the Jetta front from different people, my mates with Ford Turbos and Cossies say keep the Jetta, but VW mates say put singles back on?! aahh! Please help. I like them both equally so its a hard decision for me!
Somebody start a vote? :rolleyes:

Too late Chris,
i got ichy fingers today and bit the bullet, i now have a Jetta Front end with a red pin-stripe around it! It doesnt look too bad actually, i am off to Weston-super-mare cruise tonight in it and see what reaction i get?!  :undecided:
If people laugh then next week i will fit single lamps.
You coming to Weston tonight Chris? i havent seen your mk2 since you lowered it? :evil:
