Title: Heaters wont blow through any of the dash vents.

Hi People, im a new VW owner.  :smiley:

My problem, the heaters wont blow air through any of the vents. Dash/footwell or windscreen.
It makes a noise when i turn the fan up and down, It just sounds like its stuck it the glovebox.

Cheers in advance, ive been looking on-line all morning for help.

Ive just changed the pollen filter, still got the same problem.  :sad:

Faulty mixer flap?

What's the outlet selector control feeling like? Moves too freely? Too much resistance? Can you hear the fan blowing but backing up?

The climate control is digital, like this one below. . when i push the up and down fan buttons, they do sound like they are blowing harded and softer. just can feel a breeze anywhere.
