Signed it ages ago, they've only got a small number of signatories in comparison to how many people moan about the fuel price.

The government has had plenty opportunities to reduce fuel duty but the issue is blatantly being ignored by them. Like most things of great importance. Reducing it would take much more than just a petition, a massive mainstream campaign is needed, one that gets to all motorists at the same time. So many petitions have been and gone unoticed and without substantial numbers, like millions, they will always be dismissed in parliment. They will only act upon pressure from great numbers.
