Hi, meaning OEM double din units like the Delta 6 and RCD200? or aftermarket unit?

any ideas?

i see theres a surround that may be needed. do i need iso connectors or are the car ones compatible

no iso adapter will be needed
you will need a pc5-90 aerial adapter
if it a cheapo h/u from the far east then you may well need an fp-17-00 facia adapter as most of these do not come with a cage
if it is a kenwood,alpine pioneer for example then no facia adapter will be needed
