Title: Milltek Non-Res Catback for GTD
Post by: AlanH on 09 May 2012, 15:36
Browsing the Milltek site recently I see they're now offering a Non-Res Catback for the Mk6 GTD from 2009 onwards. Having had a similar system on a Mk5 GTi a few years ago, I'm sorely tempted. Anyone had experience of the new system from Milltek?

Might find a local dealer and get a quote. Wasn't too bad last time - around £400ish.

and the benefit is.......? Louder and looks nicer or any performance benefit? Turbo spool up quicker, holds higher revs better etc, etc

I'm hazarding a guess that it would probs just sound meatier. It wouldn't have anything affect on turbo spool up/revs etc. The Cat back exhausts have more of an input on the sound/look of a car rather than performance I believe.
