Title: Radiator/cooling issues

Anyone had any situation where the radiator/cooling system doesn't seem to flow all the pipe work at the top gets red hot but the rad and lower pipe work are warm/cool and been a long time since I've heard the fan kick in. Possible air lock or something else???

Possibly thermostat??
