where can i get these from and are they easy to fit?

taken from edition 38 try main dealer maybe mate
U.S. Front amber indicators/corner markers for side molding part number 1jm945071 n/s 1jm945072 o/s
 also the wiring loom for the indicators/corner markers 8d0971273 x2 of them

or just type US FRONT BUMPER in the mk4 search section and loads of info/diy ways of doing it etc
