This was in Mexico, has happened a quite a lot in the last year. Is a war between two drugs cartels.

Sadly this is quite normal in Mexico. Those who whistleblow or are members of rival gangs are often tortured, mutiliated and then hung from bridges. A very f**ked up place  :shocked:

I'm going on holiday to mexico in a few months, I'll remember to give this place a miss
