Title: CCM - Comfort Control Module - VAG.com Help?
Post by: skcollob_ho on 03 May 2012, 17:30
My ARL went into the garage last weekend, to have clutch, DMF and timing kit done. Since I got her back, the central locking has been playing up and i was hoping I might get some advise on the best way to go forward. I know there are plenty of threads regarding this issue, but none seem to cover my problem.

I'm assuming they disconnected the battery, and since, my fob isn't working properly. The fob unlocks the drivers door, but none of the others. All internal lights work as they should, and if I press the central locking button on the drivers door, then all the doors unlock. I can then lock the doors with the fob, but once locked, I'm unable to open them again, except for the drivers door, same as before.

I plugged my handheld code reader into it, and these are the DTC's found.

--------------------
00928 - 027 - KWP 1281
Locking module for central locking: Front Drivers Side [F220]
--------------------
00929 - 027 - KWP 1281
Locking module for central locking: Front Passenger Side [F221]
--------------------
00930 - 027 - KWP 1281
Locking module for central locking: Left Rear [F222]
--------------------
00931 - 027 - KWP 1281
Locking module for central locking: Right Rear [F223]
--------------------
01330 - 181 - KWP 1281
Central Control Module for Central Convenience [J393]
Sporadic - Power

--------------------

So, will a faulty CCM throw up codes for all four doors? Should I be looking to replace it?
