I've managed to get my hands on a k26 kkk turbo off a Porsche it's a big whopper just wondering would it be a worthy upgrade to slam it on my 20vt ???? As its due for injectors and a turbo
-
whats the model number? Some k26's don't give out alot of power and are slow to spool.
-
exactly the same as a t3/t4 turbo, lots of lag
-
It's a
K26-2664g6.91
It's cheap I'm hunting for 300hp im not that bothered about lag I'm not keen on instance spin turbos sounds daft I like the kick in the arse be my old ford days
-
think there good for 200bhp
scroll down to half way.

It's off an audi rs2 I've found out its old technology but good and very reliable for 300hp easy but it's very laggy so I'm undecided between this and a td05
-
I'd go t3/4, cheap unit and plenty of aftermarket manifolds to make it fit
-
You sure it's an rs2. That number you gave ain't the model number. It should start with a 5.
-
Ko4 with supporting mods will see 300 bhp
-
It's come off an Audi rs2 manifold I think it's a Porsche original I don't bloody know if I'm honest I'm hunting the net now either way I just don't fancy a k04 I want to be different see what happens
-
If it was an rs2 it would have been expensive. All K24's and K26's will fit the manifolds was it a 5 cylinder manifold?.
You need the number off the plate to see what it really is it should have 7200 in the number otherwise its guesswork.
An RS2 turbo is good for way over 300hp.
