The time has come to change my rear discs as they are pretty worn down now after fitting harder pads and they are noisy under braking,
I have been looking around for some aftermarket ones preferably with Ali bells but cannot find any ??
Don't want to fit standard ones as the hubs start rusting as soon as they are fitted
Maybe larger calipers and discs, any thoughts on this ?

So whats the mileage?
Why do the hubs only rust when you fit the original pads?
Fitting larger disc and calipers on the back is going to upset the front to rear brake balance you could have the rear wheels locking more which is going to swing you around on the road under hard braking, not advisable. If that did happen and you had an accident if the insurance company investigated your car and the rear brakes weren't original, insurance void as car does meet the contruction and use act.
VW spend millions developing cars so you think you can make it better?

no matter what pads are fitted i noticed that standard vw discs and hubs rust as you look at them
