Title: Fitting a front ABS sensor ????
Post by: Burnsy on 05 June 2005, 14:16
My ABS light comes on every now and then and i had it checked out by my local VW speciallist on there VAG computer which points it towards the front left hand side sensor.
Is it straight forward to replace my self ?

Should just unbolt and remove it, use plenty of WD40.

Try cleaning the existing one as i have been told that as often as not they are not broken ,just gummed up or corroded.
