The only one I took

How long did it take you to fit it and any probs...
-
A friend helped me fit it,took us about 25 min
-
No probs at all pretty simple
-
check your cable adjustment after 500 miles or so
mine started to feel sloppy again so re adjusted everything and it was great ever since. maybe the cable stretched being a new car r something.
only takes minutes so worth checking now and again

Sorry but I don't see much difference. :undecided: Can someone explain to me what this mod does/ how it works?

Have a look at mkvikens thread i think he explains the differencses there.

It reduces movement in the gear lever. So you don't have to move it as far to select the gears. Ive driven Mkvikens with it fitted and i noticed a difference when i got back into mine. I may ask him nicley to fit one to mine at some point since hes done his and will know what hes doing.

PenguinGTI;
if you look at my thread snoopy posted you will see clearer on my pictures the pivot pin is in a different spot on the S3 shifter making it a shorter throw.
