98 is normal in mine in summer, with a thrash can go up to 110, but then drops off down if I back off.. 94/96 is normal temp on a colder day. However these are only numbers, the guages accuracy may not be great, its the fact the numbers are consistent each day, and that they follow the water temp guage in proportion that is important.

Don't be too alarmed by oil temps over 100.  It's normal in the valver, and the oil is designed to work that way.

Have a read of the oil buying guide in the garage section for more FYI.

nice one, i'll have a read. speaking of oil actualy, some mornings the oil light flashes but it doesn't buzz. other mornings it's fine and if i turn it on again after it has just been flashing it's fine. Had both sensors done recently...any ideas?

 do you have an oil pressure warning buzzer fitted, or just assume you can because you've never heard it buzz?

Flashing light when you turn the key is normal.  Flashing light when driving, not normal.
