8v or 16v?
16v inner seal is a 12.5mm inner diameter you can get a 12mm inner diameter from any good bearing seal supplier which will fit, i did this with the spare dizzy i got off ebay

Its not easy need punches and sometimes heat just to take out small bloody pins!
Forget the paper gasket that was on an ABF dizzy I think its one seal on the 16V. But depends if you are changing out washers and other parts like hall senders. IMO you can get a new one for £70 odd and with less hastle the fact you are asking us how to take it apart it might be too much grief for you?

Ignore me and just do it, but you need a step by step or get any old broken one and take it apart to see how its put together taking pictures to record where washers and seals go on the shaft before disassembly
