I had a airflow meter fitted car was runnign fine until yesterday - dropped it at he garage for bushes to be doen and then he could not get it started- ticked over then dies.
same problema sbefore( but my previous air flow meter was faulty) -
someone help me please !!! this car i ddriving me nuts. >:( >:(

Sounds like something wrong with the fuel system, pump or accumulator.

the pump seems to be working fine i have a new fuel filter so think i will change that in the morning.
ill try changing the accumulator too.
im getting fuel through to the injectors. doen all the tests and still no joy.
i do not want to spend unecessary monies. Already gpot a big hole in me pocket- anyone want ot come work on my car!!!!!!!!.

changed the fuel pump and lift pump- she was running great for 20 mins even though it was running a bit rich- o we wentto tune it and it just died again. Any ideas (it died while tuning) then it would not start again. Any ideas??????????

You getting a spark? Fuses, relays ok?

im getting sparks etc all ok ive checked teh relays all is good cannot think of anything else to check- head gasket is sound.

ok one more problem - i have the car running now, have had her tuned all good the engine sounds really sweet.
i think i need a new cold start valve as when you go to start it in the morning it takes a while for teh revs to settle- they seem to bounce under 1000rpm adn if i press the accelerator it will die- however if i ease teh accelerator really gently she revs up and runs fine.
the car is idling pukka and the engine is running sweet however the car has no power - it takes ages to pick up even when warm any ideas???? i have fitted a new supply pump, fuel pump rotar arm and cap. any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Sounds like a normal valver to me - u have to treat it like a dirty b!tch and give it a good thrashing to get the most out of it ! ;D
