Title: safe pcv hose temperature range?
Post by: Gabriel2202 on 20 April 2012, 08:53
Ive ordered a catch can to do the pcv deletion and am ordering some oil resistant hose, i found some that has a temperature range upto 100 C but am unsure of what temperatures they'll be subject to down there...  :undecided:

is this safe enough to use or should i try to find one that can be used at higher temperatures?

Cheers

Yeah I have found a few that are oil resistant but their temp range's are lower than silicone, so just making sure it won't melt!
