Title: tdi owners question??

ive got a mk3 tdi and im lookin to blank the egr valve. ive been told that if i remove the hose and blank it off leading to the egr valve, its in effect deleting it is this the case ?? any help on performance would be good . cheers guys . :smiley:

im not 100% but im almost certain that you can blank off egr valve with blanking plate as i was gonna do it on my old car you may be better posting it in the mk3 section to get info from the guys there mate tho few guys in here will probably know as they prwetty clued up about most stuff  :wink:

i did ask in mk3 but not much response . i thought its a more popular mod on mk4 so so ill give it a go . cheers mate.
