Post by: jamie1989 on 19 April 2012, 08:50
I cant for the life of me find it on ebay? Does anyone have the link to the tip used for AGU although its fitted with k03s not that it makes a difference
I can only find the one that is £139 but includes the boost pipes also, I only want the tip.

Cheers

New map mate stage 2.
I want to see 235bhp upwards I will be happy then.

Intercooler pipework is being done by Charlie @ Pro speed. watch this space
I will be updating my build thread very shortly.

K03s,
Forge actuator,
Silicone tip,
3" turbo back zaust with decat,
fmic with mikalor clamps all round,
forge recirl valve,
brand new clutch.
I will be annoyed if it pulls less than 230bhp lol

hello mate my 1.8t mk4 has a forge tip and would defo recomend one, but i have a few questions for you, im in a simular situation, ive got near enough same mods as you execpt Forge actuator but im wanting to get one as im aiming for 230 bhp + and how did you set it up ? you have have to adjust anything?, and my fmic boost pipes are always poping off wanting better pipes and clamps where is the guy based whos doing yours mate?

Mikalor clamps are the way foward, from ebay about £3 a go but believe me with even 20psi plus they wont go anywhere
umm setting up everything up myself just having two pipes at the front of my car chopped and reshaped so no pipes are showing  :smug:
The actuator is really easy chris on here done a really good how to tbh. Im sure someone will/can post the link?
If my car doesnt hit 235bhp atleast I will be annoyed haha

you won't see over 230bhp without bigger injectors

Yeah iv just read I will need yellow calib injectors I think their 308cc?
Im in two minds whether I will be happy with max of 230BHP as im running just under 200bhp now and I know the difference will be night and day between the ko3 and k03s with forge actuator.
MMmmmmm decisions , dicisions lol

Wazzer what sort of torque will I be looking at?
