Title: bleeding system on a mk4 1.6 se

Right so after changing the stat on my mk4 1.6 auto it still over heates. But when my friend chaged he never blked the system (twit ) I did check the matince info to see if there was any stickies but i couldnt find one., Does any one know how to bleed a sytem  porply please and any tips thanks
