Title: How many MK V GTI's?

Seems to be quite a few people who have got/are getting mark V GTI's now. Be interesting to see how many people on here have them or are getting them. I know lots of people had reservations about the mark V and its looks so it is good to see people getting them now although not too many I hope as I still get looks after 3 months as still lots of people have not seen them yet.

my vw garage stated only 6000 being made! don't know if that is each year or total?

That is per year and the amount allocated for the UK, I think it was originally 5000 but have heard it may be 6000 now.

 :smiley: from the vw garage i got mine from and same answer from wolfsburg 6000 being made in first year 2000 for uk then should increase after that so could be some long waiting time for soem people eh
pick mine up in 2 weeks cant wait  :cool:

Picked mine up yesterday, Red 5dr DSG armrest paddles cruise control.
