Title: MK1 golf GTI breaks

Does anyone in here know if a mk2 or mk3 breaking system will fit onto a mk1 golf gti?  Its just that the brakes are notoriously crap on mk1 golf gti's.  Does anyone know of other possibilities for upgrading my braking system?

Mine goes in for a C&R upgrade next week - bigger discs, calipers and pads, plus braided hoses. I'm going to let the forum know how it goes but check out their web site
