Title: How can u do ligaments in knee without doing anything?

Gf has ad a saw knee for a few days so she went doctors, they told her it might b dislocated so she went to a&e. Found outshe has done her ligament, but how?

She doesn't do any sports or anything so can they just go?

Seems strange ever happened to anyone?

Iv no idea! But I know ligaments hurt! I did shoulder and foot at the same time! Never broken a bone tho !

Wouldn't mind but she's a lazy cow  :grin: so no idea how she's done that. Does sounds painful though. Couldn't deal with anything dislocated  :sick:

Well from what you saying her being lazy and all that. Her ligaments will be tight and always cold, so a sudden movement will strain the ligament. More common than you think.

Walking and stretching should stop it happening again

I suffer the same lameness!

I have had a few "huge needle" injections in my fooked shoulder, which is tendon/ligament damage. I wouldn't mind but I'm idle and havent done anything to hurt it!! (I would say it's my strong arm too!!! :lipsrsealed:)
