No it's not a bomb, my bloody tappets 'tap' like buggery (intermittently), but the engine oil is fine.

It's really strange due to the fact it only does it when I've pulled the car out of work, perhaps it's like me, it hates my workplace nearly as much as me.

yer they like to tick alot from cold give it about 5 minutes and they should be fine if not then they have probably had there day.
