Title: mk4 gti
Post by: frampsgti on 12 April 2012, 21:45
Hi

Has anyone here had an issue with there sidelights and mainbeam staying on constant despite the car being turned off, I have the 2.0 GTI, Mk4 Golf and recently the battery died so replaced it and since then the lights stay on which obviously runs the battery down.

Anyone got any ideas???

Pete

if you have a mate with a mk4 try there switch, it takes 2 seconds to take out and then you can rule out broken switch

I can pick up a spare switch easy enough!!

Ill try the switch first then the relay!!!
